This Statement explains what SnapListly collects, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do. It covers snaplistly.com (the portal) and, where listed, agency.snaplistly.com (Agency). It is written so a searcher, a private lister and an agent can see their own line.
Controller: Snaplistly AI LLC (a Wyoming limited liability company), 30 N Gould St #66326, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, Wyoming filing ID 2026-002094512. Portal: snaplistly.com. Agency product: agency.snaplistly.com. Contact: privacy@snaplistly.com and office@snaplistly.com.
Portal accounts and Agency accounts are separate. One person who searches and also sells uses two logins. We do not merge those files unless the law or a written request requires it.
We collect only what the product needs.
We do not buy marketing lists. We do not record voice on the portal in this version. Map tiles load from our map host (mapa.imetroll.com). Translation of the interface may call translate.imetroll.com.
Legal bases we rely on where GDPR/UK GDPR applies: contract (the account), legitimate interests (security, product logs), consent (optional alerts, browser location, non-essential cookies), legal obligation.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share searcher emails with an agent unless the searcher asks to be contacted or a lawful process says so.
See Cookies for the list. Short version: session cookie SLPORTAL on the portal, SLAPP on Agency, snaplistly-lang in localStorage. Maps and language tools may set third-party cookies. You can block non-essential cookies in the browser; the site still works for reading listings.
Messages about our own brands are shown by a script from marketing.imetroll.com. It sets no cookies; a frequency cap (adsm_*) stays in your browser's sessionStorage / localStorage, and the server keeps only aggregate daily view, click and close counters – no IP addresses, identifiers or other personal data.
Servers may stand in the EU or the US. If we move personal data out of the EEA/UK we use a contract that matches approved clauses, or a country the Commission already treats as adequate. Ask privacy@snaplistly.com for the current list of processors.
Depending on where you live (EEA, UK, some US states and others) you may:
Write to privacy@snaplistly.com from the email on the account. We aim to answer in 30 days. You may also complain to your local data authority.
You may save searches, set a reference point, open listing cards and ask us to delete the portal account. You must not scrape the portal, harvest agent phones, republish photos as your own, or create a searcher account only to attack listers. Location is optional and stays in the browser until you send a search that needs it.
You may publish, edit and hide your listing. You must own the right to the photos and the facts. Price, area, address and availability must be honest. If a private owner marked “agents may not reuse this listing” and you publish it on the portal anyway, we may suspend that card. You must buy the plan that matches the listing’s zone (private lister: Solo Mini). After a plan lapses the card leaves the portal. You handle the viewing and the contract with the buyer — SnapListly is not a party to the sale.
The portal is not for children under 16 (or 13 where that is the local floor). We do not knowingly keep those accounts.
HTTPS, hashed passwords, rate limits on login. No method is perfect. Tell us at privacy@snaplistly.com if you see a leak.
We post the new date at the top. Material changes may also go by email to the account address.
